2. Laser Cutting

3. Sheet Metal Bending

Next, the laser-cut parts are shaped using CNC bending machines. Every angle is bent to exact specs, maintaining the integrity and structure of the frame.

4. Welding

5. Grinding & Polishing

8. Sub-Assembly

Painted components are assembled into semi-finished products. Electrical modules, screen housings, or moving parts may begin installation at this stage.
